If you are thinking of purchasing a pre-existing business then you should carefully look over the advantages and disadvantages to business acquisition.

There are some simple steps that you can take to ensure that your business acquisition goes smoothly. Rather than rushing headlong into any decision though, think things through, do your due diligence, and approach your decision rationally.
